Arugula-Alfa alfa salad

Ingredients:

1. Alfa Alfa Sprouts: 1/2 cup
2. Arugula: 2 handful
3. Tofu (Crumbled): 1/4 cup
4. Raisins (Soaked): 15no.
5. Mustard Sauce: 1t
6. Peach- Apricot crush: 1t
7.Salt: To taste


Method:

1. Mix together the sprouts and arugula.
2. Whisk together the fruit crush and  mustard sauce; dilute with a little water if desired.
3.Dress the sprouts and arugula with this dressing.
4. Top it with crumbled tofu and raisins.
